Country Hitmaker Dean Dillon Signs With River House Artists & Sony Music Publishing
Best known for his association with George Strait, Dillon has also written songs for artists including George Jones, Toby Keith and Kenny Chesney.
In 2011, he was nominated for a Grammy for country song of the year for Strait’s “Breath You Take.” Most recently, he was named a nominee for the 2024 Songwriters Hall Of Fame induction. 2 on Billboard’s Hot Country Singles chart in 1979, and George Jones ‘ “Tennessee Whiskey,” which has gone on to become a signature song for Chris Stapleton. Dillon’s songs have also been recorded by artists including Toby Keith(“It’s a Little Too Late”) and Kenny Chesney& Dave Matthews(“I’m Alive”).
