The first season, which premiered on Thursday, May 8, ends with Keisha ( Lovie Simone) and Justin ( Michael Cooper Jr.) parting ways before they head off to college. Fan-favorite TV couples like The Summer I Turned Pretty’s Belly and Conrad, 9-1-1‘s Buck and Eddie and The Rookie‘s Tim and Lucy deserve to finally get together on screen in 2025. Riverdale, which premiered in 2017, originally introduced Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) as a grieving sister trying to deal with the death of her twin brother Jason (Trevor Stines).
