Dean Turnbull actor Anthony Crank, who has been part of the Coronation Street cast since 2022, has opened up on what life was like for him growing up, including coming out as gay

Anthony expressed his mixed feelings about the progress for LGBTQ+ rights, saying despite the rise in homophobia and transphobia, he's heartened to see LGBTQ+ youth living authentically.
