Coronation Street's Sue Cleaver was married to co-star and fans are only just realising
Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver, who plays Eileen Grimshaw on the ITV soap, was previously married to a co-star for 10 years
From her cobbles feuds to her marriage to notorious criminal Pat Phelan (played by Connor McIntyre), Eileen's Weatherfield journey has been anything but dull. Since 1989, he has portrayed six different characters on the soap, his first being factory manager Peter Anderson, who interviewed Vera Duckworth (Liz Dawn) for a job at Brown's Textiles. Apart from his role in Coronation Street, James has also appeared in Emmerdale as DS Bedford in 2011, a police officer tasked with tracking down Cain Dingle's attacker.
