Helen Flanagan has opened up about having a 'difficult relationship' with her ex Scott Sinclair and the 'emotionally draining' impact this has when co-parenting their children
Taking to Instagram this week, Helen shared an insight into her 'girls day' with eldest daughter Matilda, eight, admitting it was exactly what she needed after feeling emotionally drained by the struggles of co-parenting the youngster and siblings Delilah, five, and Charlie, three. Opening up about how her children have been so life-changing, Helen concluded: "I felt a little bit lost before I had Matilda, when I had my baby girl it gave me a feeling of purpose and inspiration.
