Coronation Street star Andy Whyment, 43, has responded to concerns about his future on the cobbles after he was seen in a completely new role away from the ITV soap
Famed among cast and fans for belting out tunes during Corrie gatherings, Andy showed off his vocal prowess beyond the cobbles when he performed at a local festival. For the occasion, Andy joined the band Organised Mayhem and delivered a roaring performance of Kings of Leon's, Sex on Fire hit, reports the Manchester Evening News. Delighted with the experience, Andy shared a video on Instagram and exclaimed: "Had a top day at Punch Fest, and it was a privilege to get up and do a song with @organised.mayhem1 who I think are a very talented band especially as they are only 14 years of age!!"
