Coronation Street star Stephanie Davis is rushed to hospital with suspected pneumonia after suffering from chest infection for three weeks

The Coronation Street star, 30, took to her Instagram to inform her fans that she had been suffering from a chest infection for three weeks.

She shared a video of her holding her mum Pauline's hand to Lutan Fyah's Mama Love and captioned it: 'Had a bad chest infection for three weeks now. The actress added: 'I’ve been put on steroids now (they never agree with me) and more antibiotics and something to break up my chest so hopefully can have a day cough free soon.' At the time, Stephanie had not been vaccinated for the coronavirus, despite her asthma putting her at the top of the priority list, because of her serious food allergies.
