Posting a pair of sweet black and white snaps of the newborn, Sacha shared her daughter's name by writing: 'One whole week of Sadie.' Many of Sacha's soap pals were quick to share messages offering their congratulations, with Lucy Fallon, who plays Bethany Platt, writing: 'Gorgeous.
