Coronation Street star Rebecca Atkinson has married her Shameless co-star Ben Batt in a beautiful ceremony, after the couple played on-screen husband and wife on the Channel 4 show
The 41 year old actress, known for her role as Rob Donovan's dubious prison guard Mandy on the ITV soap, looked every inch the glowing bride in a white lace gown during the ceremony this weekend. What really touched fans was the fairytale ending for the duo, who more than 16 years ago portrayed on-screen couple – Karen and Joe – in the Channel 4 hit Shameless.
