Taking to Instagram, the 27-year-old actress showcased her shiny medal and got real about her weight loss transformation, confessing she shed a whopping 100lbs after years of battling with her body image and experimenting with "diets, shakes and tablets". She also shared that stepping back from social media was a move to protect her mental well-being, and candidly spoke about how "uncomfortable comments" have been a challenging part of her weight loss experience, reports the Mirror.
