Coronation Street star confirms surprise return to filming just months after welcoming first child
Coronation Street's Sair Khan, who plays Alya Nazir, has teased she'll be back on screens very soon and is back filming on the cobbles just months after having her first baby
Sair was cheeky about her comeback, captioning the snap: "I am Backstreet.” Fans last saw her character jet off to Dublin for a new job, leaving behind a budding closeness with her boss Adam Barlow(played by Sam Robertson). )Alongside partner Nathan Chilton, Sair experienced quite the journey into motherhood it took a marathon 22 hours of labour which she has called an "absolute rollercoaster". Sair then explained it had been a steep learning curve from "latches and vomit" to "tears" whilst dealing with sleep deprivation, she also spoke about taking time to heal her own body.
