Coronation Street's Joe Layton, who made his debut on the soap as Mick Michaelis earlier this year, has opened up about the advice he received from fellow actors before joining the ITV show. Not only did they ruffle feathers with residents like Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) and Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan), but Mick also showed his violent side when he attacked Sean Tully (Anthony Cotton). Reflecting on his time on the soap, Joe described working on Coronation Street as a "real gift" and shared the warning he received from his actor friends before joining the cast.
