Corrie legend Charlie Lawson, who played Big Jim McDonald on the ITV soap, has opened up about his wild nights out with Katie Price and how his partying led to him taking 'most drugs'
In his tell-all memoir, 'That's Life, So It Is', the actor who's best known for playing Jim McDonald on the cobbles discusses his heavy drinking and drug use, confessing that he often consumed over a bottle of whiskey nightly alongside cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, LSD, speed, and cannabis. Charlie, who played Big Jim in Coronation Street, described his first acid trip as "a particularly brilliant adventure", but after a bad experience with "chasing the dragon", he never did it again, reports the Mirror. Charlie has detailed his nights out with Katie PriceCharlie also revealed that he and co-star Phil Middlemiss were known for their party animal antics during their early years on Corrie.
