Coronation Street's Maria Connor, played by Samia Longchambon, could be on the brink of a new love interest following Gary Windass' unexpected smooch with Lou Michaelis. Mick has since been incarcerated, while Lou - a mother to three children, including troublemaker Brody (Ryan Mulvey) - has stayed put on the cobbles, reports Leicestershire Live. Upon her return, Maria was left bewildered by Gary's sudden decision to leave, clueless that his guilt about the kiss with Lou had prompted him to claim he was visiting his mum Anna (played by Debbie Rush).
