Coronation Street viewers were left gobsmacked after hearing the real voice of actor Joe Layton, who plays Mick Michaelis on the popular ITV soap. Joe joined the cast earlier this year as the troublesome Mick, who arrived in Weatherfield with his wife Lou (Farrel Hegarty), quickly earning themselves the title of "nightmare neighbours,".
