Coronation Street fans do ‘double take’ as actor’s doppelganger appears on The Chase
The latest edition of ITV's The Chase left viewers at home a little distracted as they thought one player bore an "uncanny" resemblance to a Coronation Street icon
ITV's The Chase fans were left rubbing their eyes in disbelief as they noticed a contestant who was the spitting image of Coronation Street legend. As Bradley Walsh introduced Stuart to kick off his cash builder round, viewers couldn't help but flood Twitter with observations that the 43 year old was a lookalike for Sean Wilson, known for playing Martin Platt on the much-loved soap. Despite her admirable performance which led to a respectable score, Victoria was ultimately overtaken by the experienced chaser with nearly half a minute left on the clock.
