She’s facing charges of providing false statements, probation violation, and mandatory education for children between ages 6 and 16, per the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. The revelation came after the Georgia Bureau of Investigation got on the case and found that “one of the two juveniles whom were with Noah pushed him into the deep portion of the borrow pit they were wading in,” according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
