Docuseries 'Fugitive: The Mystery of the Crypto Queen,' about one of the most wanted women in the world, has sold across 31 territories.
The globe-spanning mystery, which filmed across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, tells the story of Ruja Ignatova, the founder of fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme OneCoin and the only woman on the FBI’s top 10 Most Wanted list. The docu-series was written and directed by Rudolph Herzog (“Last Exit: Space”) and Raid Sabbah (“How to Fake a War”), who speak to victims and experts to build a portrait of Ignatova. “We are delighted by its sales across numerous markets, including DR in Denmark, MTV OY in Finland, VRT in Belgium and Docu TV Channel in Eastern Europe.
