Common and Pete Rock Are Bringing ‘Auditorium, Vol. 1’ to Auditoriums Everywhere
Common and Pete Rock will celebrate their collaborative LP 'Auditorium Vol. 1' with a tour of the same name late this year.
The MC-producer pair will hit the road on Aug. 28 starting in Del Mar, California before heading to Los Angeles, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Philly. Common and Pete Rock will close out the trek with a special run at New York’s Blue Note Jazz Club, performing two shows a night on Sept. 23, 24, and 25. In a recent a review for Rolling Stone, Simon Vozick-Levinson described the joint album as “an easygoing, respectful tribute to hip-hop’s essence and realness, full of affectionate references to the music that’s still close to Common’s heart after all these years.”
