Comedy Dynamics Acquires Tony Rock’s Debut Stand-Up Special ‘Rock The World’
Tony Rock's debut comedy special 'Rock the World' has been acquired by Comedy Dynamics for release across platforms later this year.
“This project has been a monumental endeavor, crafted during countless nights of brainstorming, rewriting, and perfecting every single bit,” said Rock in a statement to Deadline. Most recently announcing its acquisition of specials from Raanan Hershberg and Tommy Tiernan, Comedy Dynamics has also previously put out stand-up from the likes of Ali Wong, Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart, Aziz Ansari, Jim Gaffigan and Pete Davidson, among others. Additionally, the company has produced Netflix’s Daytime Emmy Award-winning series Down to Earth with Zac Efron, among many other projects for film and TV.
