With a client roster that includes the likes of Black Box director Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour, documentarian and producer Jan Oxenberg, Morrisa Maltz, and Linda Burstyn, Niroumand was a part of the team that developed the Danny Syrkin co-created Tehran TV series. Actually born in the Iranian megacity and raised in Paris, Niroumand is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and the Short Fiction Film program at UCLA.
