Colm Meaney and Aiden Gillen have joined Vicky Krieps in the cast of six-time Oscar nominee Jim Sheridan ‘s upcoming true crime documentary-drama “ Re-creation.” Inspired by Sydney Lumet’s classic 12 Angry Men, “Re-creation” will question the reality of what happened nearly 30 years ago as a jury debates the real-life facts of the case. Examining truth and bias and how narrative shapes our worldview, the film aims to demonstrate why nobody was ever convicted or punished for Toscan du Plantier’s murder.
