Colin Farrell breaks down as he completes the Dublin City Marathon with close friend Emma Fogarty in emotional bid to raise money for people with her rare genetic skin condition

The star of The Banshees Of Inisherin and The Penguin said after the pair crossed the finish line at Upper Mount Street just before 1pm: "I have known Emma for many years and she epitomises bravery, she is what courage and pure determination are all about. 'It's not like I didn't know who I was and I was going out and burning cars and s**t, but… if you take what (The Batman director) Matt Reeves created and then what (The Penguin showrunner) Lauren (LeFranc) did and what (prosthetics and make-up designer) Mike (Marino) did and put them all together, it was a really powerful experience,' Farrell said.
