Coleen Rooney has posted a heartbreaking tribute to her late sister Rosie on the 12th anniversary of her death, with the I'm A Celeb star sharing a sweet snap to mark the occasion.

Rosie, who was adopted by Coleen's parents at age two despite her disabilities, sadly deteriorated over time and passed away in 2013 at just 14 years old due to complications from Rett syndrome, a rare neurological condition, reports the Mirror. While in the I'm A Celeb jungle, Coleen opened up about her grief, confessing, "I don't usually get worked up, it takes me a lot," explaining how she remained strong for her parents.
