The WAG shares with Wayne, both 38, kids Kai, 14, Klay, 10, Kit, eight, and Cassie, six, as they reunited in a lavish ceremony to celebrate Kit's Holy Communion.
The first shot of the carousel captured Kit, eight, posing alongside an incredible three-deck cake while surrounded by plenty adornments including stunning balloons composition, everything in a white and silver theme. In doing so, he let Coleen's big secret slip after unwittingly sharing a snap showing a giant print-out of her Wagatha Christie Vogue cover on the wall. Taking to Instagram on Monday, Kai shared a snap of clothing he had been sent from brand Drama Call - however a huge blown-up version of Coleen's Vogue cover was visible behind the sofa.
