Coldplay Drop Colorful, Immersive Trailer for ‘A Film for the Future’

Coldplay will release 'A Film for the Future,' a visual complement to their album 'Moon Music,' on Jan. 22.

A Film for the Future was pieced together from the submissions of visual artists from around the globe, who were asked to create art to complement Moon Music after listening to sections of the album. In the end, content from 150 artists from 45 countries was used to make the final cut, which also premieres with “360-degree screenings” at Lightroom venues in London and Manchester, England, and Seoul, South Korea. In a Rolling Stone cover story, Coldplay’s Chris Martin talked about how he and his bandmates have allowed themselves the freedom to pursue any creative path.
