Cody Simpson reveals major career announcement - after failing to qualify for the Paris Olympics

Cody Simpson has announced his next career move, after failing to qualify to compete for Australia at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

The singer-turned-competitive swimmer, 27, is set to perform at the MCG later this month at the AFL grand final, alongside American pop star Katy Perry. Cody added he felt honoured to be given the position and couldn't wait to entertain thousands of footy fans with his rendition of the national anthem.
