George Clooney in 'Good Night, And Good Luck'Emilio Madrid CNN said that its live telecast of Broadway’s Good Night, And Good Luck drew 2.011 million TV viewers in the U.S., topping total cable viewers on Saturday, while the network said that it also added millions more on streaming and other platforms. The network heavily promoted the George Clooney led performance, and featured pre- and post- show panels that tied Edward R. Morrow’s 1954 challenge to Joe McCarthy to that of events of the present day. This was the penultimate performance of the show at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York.
