Kennedy Jr. On Sunday, dozens of members of the political dynasty from multiple generations gathered at the White House for St. Patrick's Day where they were pictured posing on the Rose Garden steps with President Biden. Since Kennedy launched his bid nearly a year ago, first as a Democrat last April before changing to an independent in October, a number of his family members have come out against his run for the White House.
