First his girlfriend Christina Sandera died at age 61 in July and then this week his daughter Francesca Eastwood, whom he shares with ex Frances Fisher, was reportedly arrested for 'assaulting' her boyfriend. In 2002 Sandera was arrested for domestic battery for allegedly assaulting ex-husband Paul Wainscoat - with the incident coming back into the public eye when she began dating Eastwood Wainscoat told The National Enquirer in 2015 that on July 17, 2002, just two months after he began dating Sandera, she became enraged when he refused to move in with her, and when he tried to leave 'grabbed onto his shirt and scratched his neck to prevent him.'
