At the launch to celebrate the new series this week, Kaleb paid Clarkson, 64, a rare bit of praise as he revealed he is a 'really good pig farmer'. Clarkson revealed some of the rising costs associated with running Diddly Squat Farm as he said: 'Ordinarily we’d probably spend around £40,000 in seed, fertiliser, slug pellets, diesel etc and all of the various things you need in order to grow food.
