Clare Balding forced to 'abandon' Olympics coverage over bizarre French rule


Clare Balding, along with other BBC presenters such as Gabby Logan, will face restrictions when fronting this year's Olympic Games coverage from Paris, due to French laws

The Olympic Games have kicked off in Paris, with the French capital hosting an epic Opening Ceremony on Friday, 26 July. This is due to the country's strict laws which state that workers must have a minimum of 11 hours rest between shifts.
