New Orleans Mayor Latoya Cantrell celebrated the 25th anniversary of Juvenile's song in a way only New Orleans could!

"Back That Azz Up," released by Juvenile on June 11, 1999, is one of the defining tracks of late 90s hip-hop and Southern rap.
