Cindy Crawford Doesn't Give Unsolicited Advice to Her Kids: ‘They’re Going to Get My Real Opinion’

Cindy Crawford said in a new podcast interview that she doesn't give unsolicited advice to her kids because if they ask, "they're going to get my real opinion."

The podcast features guests, including Jennifer Garner, Amy Schumer, Spike Lee and Bono, who reveal intimate details about their relationships with their moms, with a goal of raising $100,000 for Turlington Burns' organization Every Mother Counts, a nonprofit that advocates for safe maternal and postpartum health care. When asked what the best piece of advice her own mother gave her, Crawford said one of her favorite quotes of hers was, “Show up, shut up and wear beige.” “I remember right before I was going to do my first-ever fashion show, she sat me down and had my whole family gather around and played me compilation videos of models falling,” Kaia told host Jimmy Fallon.
