Ciara Calls Husband Russell Wilson Her ‘Inspiration’ After His Release From Denver Broncos
Following the news that Russell Wilson had been cut from the Denver Broncos, the NFL quarterback thanked "Broncos Country" for their support.
“Over these last two years, you have welcoming my family and me with open arms and have embraced us as members of the Denver community,” he wrote in his statement, alongside photos of himself playing on the field. “We spoke with Russell Wilson today to inform him of his release after the start of the league year,” the statement from the team’s general manager George Paton and head coach Sean Payton reads.
