Chuck Todd Announces Shocking NBC News Exit After Nearly 18-Year Run: ‘Never a Perfect Time’


Longtime Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd announced his exit from NBC News in a statement, revealing he is leaving the network after nearly 18 years.

He was later replaced by NBC News cochief White House correspondent Kristen Welker, and insiders said his contract was set to expire at some point after the election, according to Variety.
