Christopher Nolan to Bring The Odyssey to the Big Screen
Several more actors have joined Tomdaya in the cast.
Reportedly, a bunch of actors who have already appeared in the Nolan-verse before, with the latest additions including Himesh Patel ( Tenet), Elliot Page ( Inception), and Bill Irwin ( Interstellar). Described as “a mythic action epic shot across the world,” The Odyssey is based on Homer’s ancient Greek poem about a king’s long, perilous journey back home to his wife after the Trojan War. There was rampant speculation about Nolan’s next movie before the title was announced, with THR noting at one point that it had been rumored to be either a “period vampire thriller” or a “helicopter action thriller.” But of course, it turned out to be a third, unrelated thing.
