“We’re going to be going to trial I hear,” she said on the Thursday, January 9, episode of Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live, alleging that Hall “doesn’t want to do mediation” and inferring that he wasn’t moving the process along. According to court documents obtained by Us, Haack — who hired divorce attorney Laura Wasser — requested that neither party receive spousal support and wanted Hall to pay her lawyer fees. “[The court hasn’t] ordered me yet but he’s been asking me [for money],” Haack, who is now reportedly dating businessman Christopher LaRocca, alleged in her latest interview.
