Christina Fulton Tells Nicolas Cage to 'Take Care' of Their Son Amid Assault Case

Fulton spoke with the outlet after leaving court in downtown Los Angeles, where Weston, 34, was ordered to complete a mental health diversion program, which allows an individual charged with a crime to receive treatment and support services rather than go through the traditional criminal justice system. Earlier this year, Fulton filed a lawsuit against Cage, 62, alleging that he had ignored Weston’s mental health concerns and enabled his reportedly troubling behavior, per court documents obtained by Us on February 20. “Nicolas knew or should have known that Weston posed a serious and imminent danger to others, including Plaintiff, based on his documented history of violent assaults, substance abuse, and mental instability,” Fulton’s lawsuit claimed.
