Applegate said a stool sample test she underwent led to a diagnosis of sapovirus, which the National Institutes of Health says is typically resolved within a week, with symptoms including vomiting and diarrhea. Applegate told People last month that incontinence marks one of the difficulties of everyday life while battling MS, making diapers an essential item to have on hand.
