Chrissy Teigen Shares Cute New Photo of Son Miles Wearing His Glucose Monitor After Type 1 Diabetes Diagnosis
Chrissy Teigen posed for a cute Instagram photo with her son Miles, showing the 6-year-old wearing his glucose monitor following his Type 1 diabetes diagnosis.
Among a carousel of photos, Miles' glucose monitor could be seen on his left arm as he cozied up to his mom for a cute selfie while the pair dined at a seafood eatery, wearing their shrimp bibs. A different, new world for us and we are certainly learning so much on the fly," Teigen's post included at the time, noting that they'd been relying on the book Year One with Type One to help Miles with his diagnosis. After the family revealed the diagnosis, Teigen's husband Legend recalled to PEOPLE how Miles had ended up at the emergency room with an illness he'd caught at summer camp.
