Back in February, Teigen made a hilarious blunder, sharing a screenshot of a message she sent to her husband Legend. In the post, Luna leaned on the kitchen counter, grinning with her beautifully decorated cake on display in front of her. In her Instagram carousel, Teigen called Luna “the best thing I’ve ever made," and kisses the birthday girl on the cheek in the first photo.
