Chrissy Metz says exec asked if This Is Us role was meant for plus-size actress 'like Kate Winslet'

After Chrissy Metz landed the role of Kate Pearson in 'This Is Us', series creator Dan Fogelman told her an exec once asked him if the 'plus-size' role was meant someone 'like Kate Winslet?'
