Chrissy Metz Joins ‘Bank Of Dave: The Sequel’
Chrissy Metz has joined 'Bank of Dave: The Sequel,' the sequel to the feel-good British comedy 'Bank of Dave,' released last year.
After recruiting Jessica (Metz), an American investigative reporter, and Oliver, a local Citizen’s Advice counsellor, to his cause, the group embarks on a journey that will eventually take them to the United States and help bring down an entire industry of predatory corporations. Best known for her breakout role as Kate Pearson on NBC’s intergenerational family drama This Is Us, which earned her nominations at the Emmys, Golden Globes, Critics’ Choice Awards and elsewhere, Metz prior to that put in appearances on such acclaimed series as American Horror Story, My Name Is Earl, and Superstore, to name a few. Also previously seen in such films as Sierra Burgess Is a Loser, Fox’s faith-based drama Breakthrough and the indie Stay Awake, the actress is represented by CAA, Luber Roklin Entertainment, and attorney Steve Warren.
