Chris Pine said he had negative $400 in his bank account before receiving his paycheck for 'The Princess Diaries 2.'

Chris Pine reflected on how his role in “ The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement” changed his career — and life. In the May 5 episode of “Sunday Sitdown With Willie Geist,” Pine spoke about being cast as Nicholas Devereaux in the 2004 film, which jumpstarted his career and turned his finances around.
