In video footage captured by fans who attended the band’s Melbourne show on Sunday, November 3, Martin, 47, was seen walking backwards on a stage at Marvel Stadium when he accidentally stumbled through an opened trap door. Stars like Bruce Springsteen, Chris Martin and Naomi Campbell have opened up about the extreme dietary regimen keeping them in shape, and it consists of eating only one meal a day, otherwise known as the OMAD diet.
