Chris Martin has fallen through a trap door while performing with Coldplay in Australia
In video footage captured by fans who attended the band’s Melbourne, Australia, show on Sunday, November 3, Martin, 47, was seen walking backwards on a stage at Marvel Stadium when he accidentally stumbled through an opened trap door. Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and his opening act, Maggie Rogers, performed Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” in Vienna two weeks after she was forced to cancel her Eras Tour concerts there. The band, which features Martin, Guy Berryman, Phil Harvey, Will Champion and Jonny Buckland, extended their residency at London’s Wembley Stadium to 10 concerts in September, in a move that will surpass Taylor Swift ’s current record.
