Chris Hemsworth has just arrived in Sydney after a trip to Fiji.
The group had visited the tropical paradise to celebrate the 40th birthday of Chris' best mate and longtime personal trainer, Luke Zocchi. Zocchi, who lives near the Hemsworth clan in Byron Bay, helps the superstar and his wife Elsa Pataky work on their physiques for blockbuster roles. To build up your biceps to look similar to the God of Thunder, Luke recommends working on your upper body for the first four to six weeks you of a new training regime.
