Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky have the chance to expand their Byron Bay mega-mansion as neighbouring property goes up for sale for $30million

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky have been presented with a unique opportunity to expand their massive estate on Byron Bay's so-called 'Golden Grid'.

Surrounded by bushland, the architect designed home opens out to 450 metres of beach frontage and boasts a series of pavilions that can host 28 guests. Each part of the resort style estate is connected by covered walkways that link spaces including a children's playground and entertainment deck. The businessman, who co-founded the fake tan brand with Blair James, has poured some of his lavish earnings into the purchase of a sprawling Byron Bay mansion.
