Chris Farley Biopic in the Works With Paul Walter Hauser in Lead Role
Paul Walter Hauser will star in the forthcoming Chris Farley biopic from director Josh Gad.
Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber will helm the screenplay about the comedian, who appeared on five seasons of Saturday Night Live before his death at the age of 33 in December 1997 Farley also appeared in a number of films throughout his career, including Michael Lehmann’s Airheads, Peter Segal’s Tommy Boy, Penelope Spheeris’ Black Sheep, and more. This year, Hauser will appear in voice roles in Orion and the Dark from Sean Charmatz and the Pixar sequel Inside Out 2 from Kelsey Mann, both of which are directorial debuts.
